Our branch belongs to the third-largest Member club of the national AAA organization, serving Northern California, Alaska, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. AAA Membership includes our legendary roadside assistance and towing, exclusive savings on insurance and car repairs, travel discounts, and more. Our branch is a one-stop shop for TourBook® guides and TripTik® Travel Planners, attraction tickets, passport photos, and international driving permits. We also offer on-site insurance agents, home security consultations, notary services, and select DMV services.

My wife and I bought a house in Roseville. We have all of our insurance needs with AAA. However, we live in San Diego. Michael Chan was very helpful in setting up our home insurance with our lender. Since we had to sign our documents digitally, he was exceptionally patient and understandings in helping us use the software.

If you are in need of car insurance make sure you contact Michael Chan at this branch. He took his time explaining everything you get. He gives you the best price. Very responsive with phone calls!!!
He is a professional!!!

Okay, I think I am finally over my last 2 experiences with their tow service, well lack of tow service. See 9/9/22 CSAA Walnut Creek review.
And it is not fair that I punish this location for their BROKEN system, hence the update.
Quality/Quantity -
Today I used their DMV service.
Very easy to make an online appointment.
Atmosphere -
Beautiful location, still looks new even after 14+ years.
Good size, well staged, etc.
Service -
Fully staffed today, more people working than usual. Approximately 6+.
Texted me my appointment.
Texted me a reminder the day before.
Texted me this morning.
Glad I have unlimited minutes, LOL.
Slight confusion with online appointments and walk in appointments...?
Guess the person who checked me in misunderstood that I made an online appointment and inputted me as a walk in. Either way, the DMV person cleared it all up.
Oh, bring back the complimentary coffee please.
Price - Did an address change/update and paid the registration for one of my cars that I left in LA. I was hoping they would send the new registration and sticker to the new address... Nope they just handed it to me, so I guess I will have to hand deliver it...
Well, I wanted to go back to LA anyway. :)

Greeter was very positive, happy, and supportive. We both cracked some DMV jokes.
The DMV/AAA team member, after warming up to my jokes, was good also.

Price - $23 for ordering the title for one of my cars.
