Pouran gives the best facial ever! She's been doing spa treatments, including facials, for over 30 years. She's amazing. I went to her after a friend very experienced in facials told me Pouran is the best...and she is right!

Pouran's microdermabrasion is very thorough and your skin will look younger and amazing afterward. My pores were completely clear with glowing skin as well.

I've never been so happy to look in a mirror as I was when my treatment was over. I couldn't believe what a difference it made.

I can't wait to go back and continue to see my skin change. They have other services there, but I'm hooked om facials. It's worth the money!

I have always wished to have that poreless glowing skin like the models from the magazines or of that of babies. I love spas I go when I want to feel pampered and to of course to relax.
However Aqua Medical Spa is much more then that, it actually TREATS your problem skin with pharamceutical grade products that you actually feel "tingle" and "tighten." I LOVE MY SKIN NOWW!! No more breakouts or blotchy skin. Monica @ Uptown is AWESOME, she is so picky with her own she wants to make sure EVERYONE gets the same treatment. Facials, deep peels, laser hair removal and botox by NP-injection specialist Angela are superb!!! I have always been treated really well by the staff, always friendly and informative.

Tried Aqua for spa week and loved it. First off, they were super friendly. George, at the front desk, welcomed me right in even though I was running a little bit late :/ I choose the pore cleansing facial for just $50 (normally $110). The esthetician, Pouran was amazing. She offered great care tips and I came out with my skin glowing.

The place itself, and I visited the one on Mckinney & Pearl, was nothing fancy. Didn't feel like what I normally expect a spa to be, but if you're looking for a place to get a regular facial, I highly recommend booking with Pouran!

I get my brows done here at Aqua Spa and they do an excellent job!

Of course, I went to other places before where I pay $12, walk in walk out, they're grab your money, and you're home with an uneven brow. But not at Aqua. Monica is my go to girl! Whenever I get my brows done by her, she'll take her time and the extra step of taking care of me and I'm sure all her clients. When I leave this place, it's nothing by satisfaction. =)

I went to the McKinney Avenue location last night for a pore purifying facial. Since I was using a Groupon I also decided to add on a microdermabrasion. Such a beneficial and relaxing experience! I love the setup as I don't really enjoy large locker rooms at spas because I am always worried that I'm forgetting something or that something could happen to my belongings. My appointment was with Jennifer and she did an amazing job. She was extremely friendly and genuine and it was relaxing when you want a facial to be relaxing and was not when you want to be getting work done, if you know what I mean. The pumpkin enzyme mask is amazing and is also available for sale. I can't wait to go back!

I live in Houston and my friend was moving from Houston to Dallas so I thought I would buy here a gift. I went onto Aqua's website and purchased a gift certificate for $100 in July. It's now August and I see that Aqua has charged me again for a $100 gift certificate. When I called them it seems that they did charge the $100 gift certificate in July and put the credit under my friend's name and then for some reason they decided in August to charge me $100 and put it under my name. I know I did not do this because I am not about to drive 4 hours to a salon!! The girl on the phone said she couldn't do anything about it now but tomorrow they would decide how they were going to get my money back to me. REALLY??? You illegally charged my card and you want to decide how you are going to get my money back to me?? How about you just credit the card you weren't to charge in the first place. If I don't hear from them in the morning I'm calling my bank and then the BBB.
