Boston's On the Beach

Yummy! We ate outside and loved the ambiance.
The service was great.
The food was great.
The smell of the ocean was just great!
We even went inside to have a drink at the bar.
Loved the lobster bisque soup! That's my favorite!

I was just here on Friday early evening of a holiday weekend for seafood and March madness. What a disappointment.
Im only giving two stars because the bartender was really good but by himself on a Friday night, and food was decent/ok.
If you do brave going, get the salted Carmel gelato, that was the best part of my night.
The ambiance was terrible, filthy room, bar, and bathrooms. It was deplorable. The online menu didn't match the menu you got when you walked in. Exposed wires were everywhere, the floor was sticky and you could tell hardly cleaned/mopped.
This place has so much potential with a beautiful view of the beach, but since management changed, it's a let down.
Come on, Boston's get your act together!

This restaurant has an excellent location along A1A in Delray Beach, right across the street from the beach. I have dined here many times over the past twenty years, having lived in South Florida for over twenty-five years. Today I returned for lunch after spending a couple of hours on the beach. I decided to try the Gorgonzola Steak Salad. Boy, am I glad I did because it was delicious. The steak portion was one of the bigger portions of steak I have had on a steak salad and was perfectly cooked. The salad contained mixed greens, Kalmatta olives, roasted tomatoes, portobello mushrooms, crumbled blue cheese, onion haystack, and a white balsamic-shallot dressing. The flavors and portion size were both perfect. The service was also excellent from my waitress, Chloe.

This is a local destination spot and I bring family here and clients BUT I come here on my own as I love this spot!
I love the beach and if I'm here during Boston's time I'm here! BEST Calamari in the world!
B4 I moved to Delray I would bring clients here for dinner! But now that I'm a local I strongly recommend this place! The food is amazing and OMG the staff is fire ! Usually Corey is my server but today I was excited that I met SKY!

The food was delicious. All of the orders came out quickly and correctly. Our server was phenomenal. We had to wait to be seated and acknowledged so we were concerned, but our server really made up for that. She went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating to the children with us. This place has an amazing view and the vibe is very relaxing. It a great stop after a day at the beach or pool. I will definitely be going back.

We arrived here 20 minutes prior to closing thinking they closed later than they did. The hostess didn't hesitate to seat us (or even mention the closing time) and our waitress sweetly told us they were closing up but that we were welcome to stay, despite us offering to leave. We ordered quickly, food came quickly and was great! In and out within 35 min and we weren't even rushed even though we came late.

The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very good! Chicken tenders, coconut shrimp--- everything we got was on point! Great location for some American/bar type food with a cool ambiance to watch games. Would recommend!

Pleasant beachside dining Al-fresco muted by overpriced mediocre food. I would stick to the appetizers and the island cocktails.

I'm completely shocked and can't believe at what I So first off I wanna say I understand everything about the restaurant business! I have been a server for 2 years!! I understand completely that usually the young adults won't give tips and it's very unfortunate. This one white female was completely rude from the beginning and I felt very horrible because I bring all my friends and it was supposed to be a good time. But this is not why I'm making this message! At the end I was NICE enough to give her 10$! Tip which is crazy considering that fact she was completely rude! And what she did next was completely disgusting!! She rolled her eyes and walked off! So I got up and went to her privately and told her that was not okay at all. And to give me my 10$ back! And she said No and said that my bill was high for a 10$ tip. This is just disgusting behavior. So I told her if I can speak to a manager and even the manager told us to leave and that we weren't getting the 10$ back. They eventually gave the 10$ back after I told them several times to give it back. And it honestly very embarrassing everyone was looking at us as if we did something wrong. Trust me I know about the restaurant business when people say tipping is optional I hated it! But you can't not accept the fact that it's true sadly and after being completely disrespected by that girl server I still had a heart and gave her 10$. Anyways I hope this message goes to the right person and maybe action is taken. Thank you

The service was poor and the staff was incredibly rude. The food was average, not anything to write home about. You're better off driving down the road to McDonald's, the service there is bound to be better.

The food was great and the ambience was nice but they charged my card and got distracted so the machine timed out. It took the entire hundreds of dollars out of my account and then they voided it and charged my card again. It's getting redeposited in 3-5 business days but I'm out hundreds of dollars for the rest of my vacation. Very inconvenient and they just said "it happens" and didn't try to compensate me at all.
