Classes are taught at a comfortable pace and what you learn about the energy channels of the body is fascinating.
Not only do you learn tai chi, you also learn basic qigong for correct breathing and health.
If you train regularly you will progress to learning pushing hands, the fighting application of tai chi.
Beginners classes cost £10.
