Video Consultation
Hello, everybody, I am excited to launch the video consultation at Brockhurst Medical Centre. You can book appointments by choosing the appointment times from my calendar. Once you have scheduled a meeting, you will receive the confirmation email and another email giving instructions about the video consult and the confidentiality agreement.
The service has been launched to support people who work and find it difficult to access our services during the working hours and those who are housebound.

Went for an appointment, which I thought would involve the Dr, but it did not, I really need to chat with the Dr, had a bit of a 'melt down'. The Reception Staff, Pam the Nurse & the Dr (who did manage to fit me in) were all understanding, professional. If I realised I did not have a Dr appointment I would have made one.

They have been awarded an Services Award from the Portsmouth News in 201318 Nov 2011Previous reviewAn update, Parents visited recently, Mum had forgotten her repeat prescription, rang the Surgery, explained situtation to a very helpful Receptionist, visited, filled in the appropriate form, temporary registered, repeat prescription issued all within an hour. We were both surprised how easy & quick it all was. Excellent at providing appointments without having to wait for ages for a date, I hear from friends/colleagues that this is not the case in other Practices. Do not run a blood taking service, but not complaining. Friendly, helpful, professional Reception Staff, Doctors & Nurses. I have been with this Practice for many years now & do hope I never have to change. Chemist situated almost next door, which runs the 'repeat prescription' service
