Don't get caught out by these guys - use a more professional reputable company. It still angers me greatly that we fell for the sales tactics of one of their account managers. We were sold wine on the pretence that a customer with terminal illness was selling their estate at lower prices and that we would make an instant return. He called regularly until he got his payment, then I had to chase him. When I called around Chinese New Year, it became clear we had lost thousands on this wine - almost a 50% loss! We didn't receive lower prices and we didn't receive the instant return that we were promised. I spoke to the MD who kept telling that fine wine is a long term investment - true - but we were promised a short term win followed by longer term investments. Regardless of whether there was a person suffering from terminal illness, there were plenty more lies to go to with it. Message me for details - I'll happily share the facts and give my opinion.
