The concept behind this takeaway/ delivery pizza service is not only clever, but also inventive. "Hot from you oven, never soggy from a box" read the leaflet, what?
Simple: You choose the pizza you want from their set menu or make your own, they prepare it for you and then you take it home and bake it at home, Voila! fresh from my oven!
My one and only: 9" Pepperoni and Chilli, spicy and full of flavour. For an extra £1.20 I upgrade to buffalo mozarella, the cheese melts creamy and perfectly, coming to a grand total of £10. It a weekend treat for me, and it can be delivered for free (minimum order of £7.50)
Something Extra: If you are feeling generous, then share a 12" and get the unbelievable garlic bread with cheese. Garlic fingers and breath but it is absolutely worth it. Seriously.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Robin W.London, United Kingdom327727311 Nov 2008
Genius, There time times when you want stodgy, comfort food, whatever you want to call it. Sometimes you don't want to go out and you want a takeaway. The trouble with delivered pizza is that it is cold and soggy by the time it gets's to you. Think again - Think Clever Wally's.
Build your own or go with the menu - the choice is yours, order a beer or a coke and hey presto it arrives. Chuck in the oven and you have a restaurant quality pizza that you can cook at home.
I have no doubt that this will spread across London quicker than the great fire of London and before you know it every borough will have one. Happy days.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Yee Gan O.London, United Kingdom1389229878585 Aug 2010
I was intrigued by the sign for raw pizza when I walked past this place. Was this the start of the raw food movement in the UK?
Then, I saw that they were offering uncooked takeaway pizza for you to cook in your oven at home. The shop seems to have high production values - the dough is allowed to rise for 2 days, there's a big choice of toppings and flexibility offered to customise your own pizza.
The taste though is average at best. I'm not sure if the domestic oven isn't hot enough to reproduce restaurant pizza standards and I'm loathe to buy their pizza stoen just to see if it improves my experience, especially as their pizza is expensive.
A generous rounded up 3 stars for an interesting idea.Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Paul C.London, United Kingdom55330 Nov 2009
Awful customer service. Used to be really good now quality has gone down and staff couldn't care less. Food ok but others in area are better.
