If I could give minus stars I would. Was quoted 520 to fix every issue with the car. On recieving it back after a week of them having it because the tripped the immobilizer and had to wait for someone to unlock it I got the car back in such a condition that it literally nearly killed me.
I then returned the car to them asking them to fix the issues which was dumb on my part. The car is now drivable yet there is an audible rattle coming from the engine which wasn't there before I gave them the car which they wanted to charge me more money for. Not to mention the customer service is horrendous I was met with attitude which genuinely turned me from a nice curtious customer into an irrate customer on the phone. Seriously people go somewhere else they are the biggest shower of con artists known to manHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Paul M.Kilmuckridge, Co. Wexford19327 Apr 2015
If you have any sense stay away from this place. Customer care is non existant and they will fob you off once the car is bought.

BIGGEST SHOWER OF COWBOYS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!
I bought a car from these back in march which had 2 years NCT left on it and i was given a 3 month guarentee. When i drove the car home i noticed a problem with the fuel gauge and rang them, they said they would fix it no problem and would let me know when they got the part in. A few days later the car died and i arranged to leave it in to be fixed. They kept the car for 6 weeks and gave me a piece of crap replacement which broke down also. After the 6 weeks i demanded my car back and they sent it back to me claiming that the electrical fault i had sent it down for was repaired but they had not found a fuel gauge yet. After 3 days i realised that the electrical fault had not been repaird. So they had the car for 6 weeks and did not repair a thing. I sent the car back down again and was assured i would have it back in a week. I recieved another car from them which also broke down and then a 3rd replacement which , surprise, also broke down on me. At this stage they had my car for a further 6 weeks and i had to drive down and demand it back as they had refused on several occassions to give me a refund.
I contacted a solicitor who advised me to take the car back and take legal action against the garage. I drove to the garage and demanded my car back when i was told it was not there. I had to wait two hours for one of these donkeys to collect my car. When i got the car back, i realised that nothing was repaired. So basically they had my car in total for 12 weeks, (the whole period of the warrenty) and had repaired nothing.
I took my car to a reputable mechanic and spent 300 to get it back onto the road. I contacted my solicior and had a letter drawn up asking for a full refund. This letter was ignored and a couple of weeks later the car completely crapped out. I contacted the garage to ask why i had not recieved a response to my legal letter and was told that they had not recieved it. When I confronted the person who had signed for the letter which was sent by registered post. He denyed knowing anything about it.
So my situation at the moment is that i am approximately 5000 out of pocket and i have no car .
I ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF DEALING WITH THIS GARAGE TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF THE PLACE.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
