      Ordered some front tires from them which went well and the man that was helping me over the phone was great.

      Although after I got my front tires put on, I went in their shop after I called in for an appointment and was looking to get my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG aligned but was told they didn't have the equipment to align my car when I got there‍

      I guess it's safe to order tires from them but not for a Mercedes alignment‍

      We had a problem with a tire on our Toy Hauler after a week long camping trip. Driving on 1-10 with questionable rubber made us nervous so I made a quick calL to Haralson's to see if they could swap out our damaged tire for our spare. Shawn told us to come on in and they would take care of us. When we arrived, Raymond got us swapped out quickly and we were back on the road safely. Great customer service. Quick turn around. Very happy and grateful for their help!

      Brought my vehicle in to fix shaking while braking and a small power steering leak. Left with a $700 bill to replace my rack and pinion, car still shaking, and my clutch going out. After complaining about the issues, they decided to fix my rotors for free, which was the problem all along.

      I appreciate that they made amends for the issues.

      The guys in the front were nice and got my tire repaired the man in the back in the service area where they do oil changes and alignments, Eddie was very rude and it took 3 hours longer than he said to get the truck aligned

      First, I bought my tires from them $1400 dollars worth, that was not such a bad experience, they were nice and quick at that time. I needed new tires as I was going out of town that evening and didn't want to be traveling on the old ones. I was on my way out of town and noticed that it was pulling to the right???? Didn't they do an alignment on it.... doesn't that go along with buying $1400 dollars worth of tires, if not would they not offer it as an option???? Geeze where is the customer service.... also I noticed after picking up speed a shaking, GREAT now they are not balanced???? So at my destination I had it aligned first do to being short on cash, which fixed the first problem but waited till I came back to Safford to have tires balanced.... it was a bit do to my trip and I did put a few thousand miles on them... anyway as soon as I got back I went in told them I needed them to be rotated and balanced, this was at 0900 am, I waited for it in their waiting area till 5 pm when they came and said it was ready, there was another customer there who had also been waiting since 0900 and he told me he would never recommend this place to anyone and said he was glad he was from out of town to get other services for his vehicle.... can you blame him! Well that's not even the end of the story.... they didn't even balanced the tires it was the same as before!!!! I took it a place in Phoenix and had it done right! What has happen to the excellent service that was a known fact! Your store managers need to re-evaluate their workers and there process. I understand busy and wait time but your wait time is unexceptionable. Be up front with your customers and tell them "Sorry we just can't get to you today...." would have been a much better experience and offered some other options!!!!!

      03/10/2017 - Call and talk to Brian, explain sound coming out of rear end, drivers side. Also say seal looks blown. Explain the noise is getting worse, and could be a bearing? Asked what would worst case scenario cost me, and was told $400.00 about. I said go ahead and fix it. Called around 12PM, Brian told me needed brakes due to the oil that got into them. Was told seal replaced, and bearings and everything else were all good. Picked up car around 4:45 PM, told again seal was the only thing wrong, and it is ready to go. Paid $307.00 and drove 1 mile to house. Did not feel right, and when home, drivers side rear end was smoking bad. The same sound I brought it in for is still there. Brakes were seized up in rear end, not installed properly. I called Saturday morning, but service closed, I dropped car off and left a typed note with tire department, and the key to car. To give to service.
      03/13/2017 - Called service at 7:30 AM. Was told they did not know about car. I explained everything above to them, and was told it would be taken out for a drive. Called back an hour later, told brakes are locked up and will be fixed. He also said her heard the sound. I explained that was the entire reason I brought it in was the sound, and for that to be fixed. He said they would check it out. Called in late afternoon, told to late in day to tear it apart, and a lot of cars were scheduled ahead of me. I said I would call back next day.
      3/14/2017 - Called service at 9 AM. Brian talked to me. He told me the bearings were shot. I asked him why was I told they were good from him on 3/10/2017, and why was I told everything was ready to go?....He had no answer. I asked what was going to be done, considering it had already been torn apart, and nothing fixed. Brian said he would call manager, and call me back. I left a message for Casey at this time. ( owners daughter ). She is not calling back. I called back later, Brian told me they will change out bearings, no charge because I was told they were good, and they were not good. Only issue, parts not in so will not be ready until 03/15/2017.
      03/15/2017 - Called around 330PM, told it will be ready. Dropped off at shop and waited until 4:45 PM. Brian told me the mechanic was taking it now for a test drive ( after informing me 3 times he was having issues with brake install ). Brian informed me the sound is gone, everything is fixed. The mechanic came bac, and handed me the keys. I asked if everything was ok. He said the sound is still there, and he does not know what it is. I asked him how the bearings looked, and he said they looked fine. ( Brian said different ). I took him to Brian, and asked Brian why did he tell me everything was fixed and the sound was gone, but the mechanic says it is not fixed, and sound is still there. He said when he turned the drum in the shop it made a bad sound, but after new bearings it was gone. Continuing conversation with both, they both said they have no idea what is wrong, and no idea what to do. I left while I could stay calm.
      03/16/2017 - Called Brian in morning and asked for Manager. Told he was not in right now. ( later found he is on vacation ) I asked Brian if the bearing were even changed out. His answer " I really do not know, He could not find the tool to take them out. He may have just packed them ". ...This is the same Brian that told me they are replacing them, no charge, because I was told originally they were good, when they are not and need replaced . Have left messages for Casey ( owners daughter ), Norman, and another manager. 03/17/2017 - Received a call from Eric, very polite and apologetic. Asked me to bring in car to fleet garage, where they will work on it. And find issue and get it fixed. Casey has never called back, after 3 voice mails to her.
      03/20/2017- Informed the issue is the bearings. Erik fixed issue 100% mechanically, and courtesy wise. Erik and fleet 5 stars. Retail and Casey ( owners daughter ) not calling back 1 star. I will use fleet again, but not retail shop. TY Erik for making this right.

      Haralson's has always gone above and beyond for me. I have never had any problems with any of the service I have been given. I've gone here for tires, repairs and oil changes. I refer everyone I know here. Their prices are always the best in town and they also have flexible hours. Their service advisors, sales reps, and mechanics are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd like to give a special shout out to Devin in service! He got me fixed up and back on the road right away. Please keep up the good work at Haralson's Tire!!

      I stopped in, without an appointment, to have a slowly leaking tire repaired. I arrived around 2pm and was greeted by a friendly and component tire technician. Turns out the tire had a nail in it. They repaired the tire and had me on my way within the hour at a competitive price. I particularly appreciate that they didn't change my seat, mirrors, or radio station. I'll definitely return for future work.
