Hewett Newsagents

Sweet shop, sweet shop! Ask any child living within a two mile radius, Hewetts is the place to be. Sells papers, milk, bread, stationary and other non-sweet stuff too but really, who cares?

I'm not proud of it but I still buy penny sweet bags, and you would too if you had the chance.

I love these little newsagents, full to the brim with a million different magazines (lord knows how they manage to keep them all current and up to date), a few toys and water-balloons, pens in gift boxes and calculators. A bit of everything.


They also sell some fuel - coal and brickquettes mostly.
