I stayed here for one night upon returning from holiday and have to say that this hotel is great if you are jet-lagged. Heavy curtains, soft bed, good water pressure (I suppose that's only really fantastic if you are traveling from a developing country, which I was). My only problem was that they did not have room service!
They let me leave my bags when I first got to the hotel (around 10, check in at 2) and let me charge my phone behind the desk.Listed in: Dublin Tourism

My family stayed here for part of out Trafalgar tour around Ireland. This was a first and last hotel of the trip, yes we stayed here twice.
It was an adorable hotel .Now, hotels in Europe are much different than the US. Their rooms are smaller and there is geneally 2 twin beds in each room. I was sharing a room with my grandma so this was fine.
Overall it was a great stay. But as usual I have a funny story about this place. We arrived here after a 8 hour plane trip to Paris then an hour lay over and then another 1 hr trip to here and then a bus ride to here from the airport. So by this point, I wanted a shower.
So I hop in the shower and do my thing and get out. I was standing in a puddle of water. I open the bathroom door and the water had gone into the room. I open the hall door, the water was in the hall. I let the shower curtain stay on the outside of the shower and I had flooded the room. So my grandma is frantically hunting down the maid and she ninjas a bunch of towel from her cart to soak up this mess. This wasnt the last time I did this, I think I flooded 2 other bathrooms on this trip. I am good at doing things. -

Never again! The fire alarm kept going off as there was construction and some butthole playing a joke. The coffee making lady was a real snaggletooth. I was paying AND tipping so I don't know what crawled up her bum. The food was marginal. The front desk people were in a hurry to get you out of their queue.
Just go elsewhere.
Also, there is no parking.
Oh yeh, forgot to mention to all you Americans. Pudding in Ireland is dessert, NOT pudding like the gooey yummy stuff from Bill Cosby. The "pudding" at the hotel restaurant was really gross. It was wet cake with this nasty milky juice on it.
And if you order a coke, you will only get about 6oz. Not constant refills.
Just be aware you'll spend $50 easy in the restaurant. Just got eat elsewhere, will ya?
