We love this pub. We've been here numerous times on our trip to Ireland and by far, this pub's been one of the friendliest and funniest.
One of our friends got the nickname George from the barkeep and god, I wish we'd gotten his name, because he's terribly funny and kind.
Pints are decently priced and for about 5 people, 40 euro got us well drunk and merry. Good times to be had here.
Also, free live music on Thursday nights! A lovely place all around. Don't pass this spot up.

Now that the LUAS is at last capable of running concert goers to The Point (uh, I mean The O2) The Millenium Bar can finally start getting the business it deserves.
Just a two minute stroll from the Museum Stop, this neat and well managed pub is ready to take on the music-loving masses with live music most nights and warm atmosphere. There's refugees from the glam Ashling Hotel next door here too, looking for a more authentic pub stop that's well within stumbling distance. Pints are well priced and there's plenty of seating inside, all that's needed for a comfortable night out.
