Morrisons

I am usually very pro-Morrisons but having purchased some so-called "stollen cookies" from the Christmas range and discovering they did not, in fact, contain any marzipan (which I feel is a KEY aspect of stollen) my expectations have definitely lowered. I will stick to the German powerhouse, Lidl, for any festive treats from now on. A real pity.

Another Morrisons supermarket that is worth visit.I always find there is never any problem parking here even at busy times.Based at the Byker Bridge end of Shields Road it's easy to get to by car or bus.It's always busy but not overly so.Offers the usual supermarket goods at good prices.It's a fresh clean store and to be honest you just can't go wrong here.Lovely bakery.Good range of beer and wines ect.Cds,Dvds and a good frozen food section.

This supermarket is in a easy, accessible area which includes a petrol station as well as hundreds of parking spaces. There is also access to buses and taxis on this route as well as the store its self having many products to suit the lifestyle of its customers. This store is great and is recommendable.
