Peaslee Neighborhood Center

Mission Statement: Peaslee Neighborhood Center is a peaceful place in Over-the-Rhine where residents create and engage in participatory education to foster creative expression, self-determination and social change.

Education, engagement, empowerment and enrichment is what Peaslee is also about. Young learners are developed through Pealee's Child Development Center for low-income children, ages six weeks to five years old. Learners of all ages are enriched through Peaslee's piano program which provides affordable private piano lessons. School, civic and service groups also come to Peaslee for it's unique Community Education Program which seeks to educate learners about Over-the-Rhine through service in the neighborhood and reflection on the deeper issues affecting the urban core.

A great organization with a great mission!

What a great place! Offering after school programs for kids as well as music and art lessons. Really great asset to the neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine. More people need to be aware of this place!
