Tonight was "Stir's" cookie exchange. Top feature was Faith (94 years young) teaching us a Scottish Shortbread recipe that she's been making for decades. With only three ingredients and a low two hour baking time . The cookies are cut as rectangles and poked with fthe cookies melt in your mouth.

The cookie exchange followed with delicious and beautiful samples of many special cookies.

      A class on Scottish Shortbread!

People's Liberty is a philanthropic lab that brings together civic-minded talent to address challenges and uncover opportunities to transform our city.

We came here to use their meeting space which is conveniently located right across the street from the main entrance to Findlay Market.

The space is like nothing i've ever seen. Beautiful open concepts with lots of glass doors. They have a great deck to host meetings which looks over the market and into the city.

They also host event for new "ideas" or exhibits from local talented creators of things. I reccomend stopping to hear more about what they are doing in the city.
