Began work with them in 2/2018 - they advised me they weren't on my insurance but agreed to continue my PT for a set fee. Over a year later they sent me a bill for full fees - after over a month of talking and offering them our original set fee + the initial fees.(the only fees i argued were the agreed fees for PT) it took them 5 wks to make up their minds and tell me i could take 10% off the bill. Be careful - watch your bill. Get any fee agreement in writing.... they will not remember or honor their word.

My parents are 94 and 99 years old. They reside in southeast Florida 5 months out of the year. Up until this year, they have lived independently. Our family was very concerned about their welfare living alone so far away from home and family. We contacted Redi-Nurse after receiving a recommendation from a friend. We hit the jackpot on the first try! We have worked with a service at home this year and had to go through several caregivers before we found the right fit. We have been thrilled with the service Michelle and Lydia have provided. They are helpful, but not intrusive (my dad can be pretty stubborn and values his independence.) My mom gets her hair done every week because Michelle gets her there. The caregivers even have learned to play a tile game with mom that she likes to play. My siblings and I have had the opportunity to meet them during our visits and have found them to be delightful and so caring. We often get texts and photos of my parents which make us feel more involved than just talking to them on the phone. Thank you for your help - it has been so reassuring to all of us to know they are with my parents every day.
