Whatever goes on in Texas, stays in Texas. Truthfully, fantastic service. Now, for the ladies. They may have boobs (albeit fake), buy they had no butts. Baby needs back here.
I ordered the boneless chicken wings. While for $10 it has no fries, but it blew doors off Hooters wings. A huge mound of tender and moist chicken, spicy, and way too much that I had to take back to the hotel with me. No worries, I ate it cold over the next couple of days.
Did I take a fine woman back with me, too? I'll never tell. But let's just say they close at midnight. BwahhhhhaaaHelpful 8Thanks 0Love this 14Oh no 0 - 23 Aug 2013
We went here with the whole family after reading some good reviews.
I was a little skeptical, considering that places with this kind of concept don't always prioritize food quality, but I have to say we were positively surprised.
The place very much looks like an Irish pub crossed with a sports bar with TVs everywhere so you really don't have any table where you can't see a TV.
Both the hostess and our waitress were very nice (not in a fake-seeming manner)
and the service throughout the meal was very attentive without hovering. She came over just in time to refill glasses and check a few times if we needed something.
And for those more interested in the theme...yes, they were all pretty attractive.
As for the food, we ordered the food for the kids ahead of ours, mac-n-cheese and pretzels, and it came out very quickly. At first there was some confusion, because they actually make the mac-n-cheese fresh with fettuccine instead of the typical packaged macaroni stuff. Our son loved it!
The pretzels were very well received, too.
We ordered their boneless wings as an appetizer and then had the fish and chips and the gaelic chicken.
The wings were nice, still tender on the inside with a a slight spiciness that didn't overpower (we had the tilted sauce) and the blue cheese dip was pretty good as well.
The fish and chips came with a small side of cole slaw that was pretty nice, some ok fries and a pretty decent tartar sauce. The fish itself was nice and flaky on the inside with a nice, thin but crunchy batter.
Overall we were happy with our experience and will probably return.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ashlee F.Plano, United States11323012 Nov 2013

I'm not hating on the super skimpy uniforms because I am a big Hooters fan--they have great chicken wings. The food here is terrible.
I had the Pastrami sandwich which I thought I would have to get a chain saw to shred it into bite-sized pieces. It was hard as a rock and took FOREVER to chew. Not to mention the flavor was just gross. The sweet potato fries were crinkle cut which I thought was kind of cute but it lost all points after the first bite. No flavor and slightly rancid oil.
This restaurant will have to vastly improve its game to compete with the outstanding restaurants in the metroplex. Short skirts and bare middrifs will only get you so far.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Christina B.Little Elm, United States522371 Jul 2014
Low and behold, here I thought when I moved to TX I'd be amongst crazy rednecks on horses on dirt roads acting a fool and being extremely conservative. Yes. Yes, I know that's a ridiculous over exaggerated terrible stereotype, but that's how my view of TX was. Imagine my surprise when I move to the DFW area and that's not the case and that there are TONS of Breastaraunts.
The first one I checked out the evening I moved into my home was The Tilted Kilt. Hubs and I saw an advertisement in the Stonebriar Mall for this place and thought we'd check it out. I could care less that the girls are running around half naked, what matters to me is their attitudes, the service and the food.
Fast forward 9 months later, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! This is our go to spot when we want to grab a beer and some food to catch a game, or just to relax and enjoy happy hour. The girls are always extremely nice, food is great and the booze is fantastic. Their happy hour prices are amazing. The only thing that surprises me is how dead this place can be on the weekends. Not sure if people just haven't stumbled down this far, or if other establishments like Wild Pitch take away all the customers.
I love when the girls get to have their token theme nights and it's so much fun when they host a UFC night. For a $10 entrance fee you get to watch the fights on jumbo screens and get a free bar. Such a rush being around hundreds of screaming UFC fans, drinking and cheering/booing for the fights.
All in all, this is my fav breastaurant.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aaron M.Plano, United States12162659 Feb 2014
This was horrible. I guess it was what it was--extrrrrreeeemely loud, absolutely horrible music. The tap menu was average at best. Our server was nice, and the food looked good. The outfits were kinda sad, and I say that being a big fan of titties. Butterfaces abound.
We had two beverages and took leave....the vibe was very high douchery. This is typical of the Twin Peaks, Hooters style garbage. The hilarity factor was there at least. The Best laugh my lady friend and I had was on the way out the door. Lost a fair amount of faith in humanity last night.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bob B.Union City, United States44628 Jan 2014
Wanted to check out a Tilted Kilt fort a long time. Found that the had opened one in Frisco, so it seemed a natural thing to check it out.
My wife and I went in for a Monday lunch, about 12:45. Place was pretty empty, although it looked inviting. I counted at least 8 different sport stations on, and the decor was very pub like. Unfortunatley, that was pretty much the highlight of our visit.
We both tried the fish & chips, and both were dissapointed. The fish seemed like re-breaded fish sticks, and the dough was still mosit in the inside. These are not the cod fillets that I saw at Scottish Games, or even at The Londoner. To their credit, the did have malt vinegar on the table. But there is no reason to pay so much for so little fish. These are not pieces of fish, they are little more than oversized fish sticks.
The service was meh. Our waitress never intoduced herself, and was not very attentive. It was easy to see why the lunch crowd was probaably down the street at Chili's. I reminded myself that places like this tend to have the best servers working nights, because that's where the money is in this type of eastablishment. So perhaps the service would be better Friday or Saturday night, or on gameday. But avoid the fish & chips, they are not worth it. Might go back to try the shepher's pie, but the Londoner did such a good job, & Whole Foods makes a great shepherd's pie, too. I'm more likely to just roll up the Dallas Parkway to The Londoner and pass on the Tilted Kilt. You should too, during the weekday lunch hours.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melina H.Dallas, United States94324272 Dec 2013
I will preface what I am about to say with the fact that I am typically not a fan of chain restaurants and although I'm not sure this is a chain because I'm not from here, if it isn't, it's sure trying hard to be one and that isn't necessarily a good thing.
On the positive, the bartender was great - very personable and both asked our names and gave us hers when we ordered. She was on top of getting us new drinks when ours were nearly done, which I like. Servers wore these skimpy kilt costumes which were cute but again, this is such an outdated concept...snooze! We ordered a couple of appetizers which were OK...nothing noteworthy. I'd go back but would not go out of my way just to eat/drink here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tom C.Discovery Bay, United States465314214 Feb 2014
Fairly disappointing experience -
Visiting the area, I saw the sign for TKP at the entrance to the mall and decided I had to go! It wasn't too busy the Sunday afternoon I stopped in, but still didn't get great service.
The gal that was working at the time seemed to be hired because she fit the profile that TKP wants in a bartender/waitress - meaning, young and good looking, but no customer service skills. She wasn't rude by any means, just seemed to hate her job.
I tried the corned beef sandwich, thinking it couldn't be that bad in an Irish bar!! It was bland at best, and the corned beef just seemed like cheap quality.
Even if I lived in the area I wouldn't be back - too many other great places.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shelly B.Frisco, United States02110 Nov 2013
My husband and I have been there several times now. Our first time, our waitress wasn't too great, but we were very surprised at how good the food was. It is not like your regular "bar" food. We liked the food so much that even though our service wasn't great, we came back. Each time we've been back, we have had wonderful service. We haven't seen the "bad" waitress again.
We have had the chicken quesadillas several times; one of our favorites. I also had the chicken spinach salad; verrrryyy tasty. We have also had the burgers and they were great. The only reason that I am not giving them 5 stars is because of the smokiness. They allow smoking on the outdoor patio and each time the patio door opens, a waft of smoke overtakes the entire restaurant. The unfortunate waitress that is serving to them is covered in their smoke and then comes to your table smelling of smoke:(. Not too yummy.....Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
