624133831 Jan 2024I own a 90s bike with narrow aluminum wheels. I ran over a rock and it bent my wheels a bit. I needed it to be trued out.
Brought it into the shop and Jennifier took my bike. Very reasonable pricing and quick turn around. Got a call the following day from Jennifer that my bike was ready for pick up. They also found a broken spoke while truing the wheel. I asked how much for the repair and they said it was already covered and done. Fantastic!!
Jennifer (owner) and Josh (mechanic) did a great job on my bike and turned it around very quickly. Couldn't be anymore happier. I highly recommend them for reasonable pricing and friendly services.

I have shopped so many bike shops over the years, and even with my extensive experience on a bike I am almost always made to feel like I don't know anything compared to the gear-guys who work there. So much condescension from the bike community. WHY?
NOT SO at Ye Olde Bicycle Shop. They treat you with respect; they treat you with honesty; they treat you like friends.
I Love going here for all my bike needs. Prices are fantastic. The service is exceptional. The owners are super friendly.

Ferchil R.San Diego, United States234194426 Aug 2023I'm a big boy and have a big boy bike. After not taking out my big boy bike in over a year, I was in dire need of a tune up. Ye Olde Bicycle Shoppe is the closest to me, and I was wondering if they were good enough to take care of my bike. Unlike other places, their prices are dirt cheap AND have a fast turn-around time. I brought it in, and two days later it was ready. Had a full tune up for $70. I was a bit of an eager beaver, so I took it out the next week after it's first ride and added wayyyy too much air. So I had a flat, but they turned it around in a day when I brought it in! These folks are great. Would hope they continue to keep doing what they do.

I took it to Ye Olde and Josh tensioned and trued the wheel, at no charge, while I waited.
They have the best service and communication.
