Gilbert did our kitchen remodel. Great communication throughout the construction process. Honest and upfront. Would highly recommend cloud 9 construction.

We heard about Could 9 from the place we purchased our granite. When we first contacted him he answered right away and even squeezed our project into his busy schedule (which we greatly appreciate since we are working on trying to get our house on the market) He was very responsive to any question we had leading up to the time he came to our home to do work. He did great work and we got a great vibe from him. He was reasonably priced, and honest. We would definitely use him again in the future and we would gladly recommend him to friends or family.

We used Cloud9 for our master bathroom and bedroom remodel. They were professional, courteous and also had outstanding customer service. Gilbert walked us through the whole process step by step, addressed any concerns and we ended up with a beautiful new luxury master suite. We are using Cloud9 again because of the great experience we had.

We had Cloud Nine Construction remodel our entire kitchen. We found Gilbert to be very professional and communicated well with us. His team was also professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up each night before they left and I felt like I could trust them in our home while they were doing the job. Since we were home during the entire remodel, the team did an excellent job at covering their area so that dust would not fly everywhere. Gilbert did several walk-throughs with us during the entire project, to ensure that we were on the same page with the project outcome. We also spent several afternoons shopping with him to find the perfect countertops and back splash tiles - he was very patient throughout this process! He was also willing to drive out of town to get the materials we wanted. Luckily, we were able to find them in town. When I had a question about something, he was very responsive to my text messages and would come over immediately to ensure the job was being done correctly. At one point, he did the work himself because he wanted it to come out perfectly. Without a doubt, he delivers on his word and we feel lucky to have found such an honest contractor! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is going to be honest and detail oriented...he does not skim on his work! We will use him for other home projects without hesitation.

We started our journey with Gilbert and his Cloud 9 crew over a year ago. It started with the family inheriting my wife's childhood home. We knew we wanted to update the house and start new memories with our children. Gilbert was amazing in helping us design our home from a fresh set of eyes. He helped us with selecting the right architect. He helped us figure out what materials we needed for the remodel. He listened to us and helped guide us away from the wrong decision. We could not be happier with the whole process. His attention to detail is amazing. His entire crew is so professional. Thank you to James and Steven for being amazing. In dealing with Gilbert and his team for so long I feel like I know them very well to say that any negative review is most likely the result of the individual failing to communicate and not a fault of Cloud 9. When have plans to do further remodeling of our home and there is only one company we will be going to, Cloud 9. My whole family recommends this company for any and all of your home improvement projects.

I worked with Gilbert Trejo to remodel my home to sell.
Gilbert and his crew did such a beautiful job, I didn't recognize
the home. This was a 1960's home that was refreshed, remodeled and
brought up to date. Cloud Nine construction was able to do this all
in 3 weeks. Landscaping, Kitchen Remodel, new carpets, new flooring,
and everything painted inside and out.

Gilbert had such a good eye when it came to the remodel, so whether you
know exactly what you want or need help with the design. Cloud Nine Construction

We used Cloud Nine for our master bathroom remodel after finding several slab leaks and a minor gas leak. The job turned into a major project and one that could have turned into a major headache had it not been for Gilbert's experience, professionalism and his unwavering ability to deal with the numerous setbacks due to no part of his own.
The bathroom turned out beautiful, from the design, the finishes, the workmanship to the lighting and all of the details that make it a high end, spa like bathroom. We could not be any happier with the results.
Gilbert and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their work is exceptional! Gilbert is a bit of a perfectionist and the proof is in the results. Above all else, Gilbert will keep the lines of communications intact which was one of my utmost requirements. They showed up when they said they would and if anything changed he would let me know immediately so as not to hang me up waiting for them. I highly recommend Cloud Nine!

I can't express enough how happy we have been with our experience with Cloud Nine and the amazing work that Gilbert and his crew have done for us! When we discovered that our master shower had water damage and needed renovation the whole concept of finding a contractor and getting quotes was daunting. But Gilbert was great right away with being responsive and gave us different options within our preferred price range. We now have a beautiful master shower that is exactly what we wanted and more, and Gilbert and his crew went above and beyond and to work with our schedule and timelines. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Cloud Nine for future renovations, and look forward to the next project!

Would recommend Gilbert Trejo and his crew without hesitation. They just finished a double bathroom renovation on an older house (circa 1961) that I just bought. I couldn't be happier. They are very professional, know what they are doing, and even try to keep the site as "clean" (which is pretty much impossible when you demo out anything) as possible while the work is going on. Gilbert is very responsive, always gets approval before doing anything, and is really good at design. Because his quality is so good, he is very busy.

They reply quickly through yelp, however, they do not follow through with appointments. They told me they would have samples ready two weeks ago. I called and asked about them and was given a date for delivery of samples. They did not show up and did not contact. They rescheduled and did not show up or let me know they were not coming again. Their work may be amazing, but I wouldn't know.
