Gee, that's terrible. We've been with Web World 6 years now, and their servers keeps going down and cutting my mail out for hours on end, usually at bank hol weekends and mondays. Would love to change, never got around to it, on our list of thing to do. Always found the staff to be really polite and courteous however. That's the only reason I stay with them...but will change due to the constant disruptions to the service.
