Arson was great! He is very busy and always finds time to answer questions. I had been texting him for about two months asking every question. He always responded politely and never bothered. Lets talk about my Model S Tesla I wanted to not look like everyone else in the OC and wanted something cool. Arson and Simon helped with finding the perfect wrap Satin Black Gold dust I also wanted gold accents. Arson was honest about the process and said he would try to make it happen as I was the first to request this. They had the car for 2 days I got the full wrap, chrome delete, tinting and powder coated rims. Everything turned out amazing! I am including pictures so you can see my car that's cooler than me. So long overdue!!! This is one of the best breakfast in Orange County.We are foodies and eat everywhere at least once.This place is amazing the owner is the sweetest and best energy.They have a market with all kinds of amazing things and then a kitchen filled with all kind of amazing food options.They are inside the 4th street market and I like to refer to them as my secret amazing breakfast place.

They don't take reservations....we spent a ton of money to get here...the hostess was rude and states We are full for the evening...word to the owner of this business I get your today's big deal...if your a turn and burn you are on your way. I won't waste my time again nether should anyone else unless you wanna be treated like your not cool enough to enter. BYE FELICA

This is a shame to write...I fly almost every weekend and most times from the Long Beach Airport.I walked up to the storefront and asked when they would be open there were two women prepping none of which looked as I stood there asked a question "hello what time do you open today?"Then the women closest to me looks up and acts as if I didn't ask what time they open? Then in my direction abruptly shouts we aren't open when the TV screens come on we are! I told her that's what I asked THANK YOU...I walked away and that's my last time at that kiosk or any other locations by Taco beach.Your job is to serve you chose it embrace it or move on!I am in the service business and I never would show anything but a smile and kind words you don't know what someone's going through and when you are dealing with the public you need to leave your attitude and drama at the door when you clock in.I hope in any upper management is reading this they do there due diligence and retrain these two women with proper skills to deal with the public. I am sure there are a list of business that would love the opportunity to take your spot at the airport if your staffing doesn't change its policy's not sure how business will survive.I recommend checking out Wahoos they always have incredible customer service at all locations maybe take some cues from them.
