This place is an American classic- a piece of real Houston history for sure. Remember that when you take in the restaurant decor- it's timeless.
I've been eating here since my childhood- it's a yearly-celebration-kind-of-place for my family. And that it shall remain even though we don't live in the city anymore. But worth every single trip!
Get the chicken fried chicken- gravy on the side. That way, you can dunk each bite as little or as much as you want. And get the French fries- they are worth every last calorie! And the pie?? Ohhhh the pie!! The coconut crème is my favorite! Must visit.
Just like our TJ Maxx in America. I found some lovely gifts to take back to our family and friends. If you are looking for updated style, decor or fashion, it is the place to go!
The food is delicious! My daughter and I ate their twice during our recent trip to London. We even had an amazing reunion here with our cousins that we haven't seen in decades. It was a lovely outdoor evening. The decor outside was perfect for our family time together. The service was prompt and accurate. Check this place out!
Fabulous, affordable store to shop at if you're in London! Without all of the houseware/ practical living options, I would equate M&S to America's, Target. I bought some lovely clothes during my recent visit.
Every staff member was exceptionally kind, respectful and helpful. Especially the front desk staff and the bar/ restaurant staff. Our only complaint is- our room was adjacent to the janitorial- staff closet. Every morning around 7:30, their closet door would slam at least 25-30 times before we were ready to wake up. Every. Single. Morning. And we were there for 10 mornings in all. Also, often times, the ladies would have very loud conversations while they were slamming the closet door. This part of our stay was NOT enjoyable.
